It looks much better than I thought.

Its the "HD" model (second from the left on the chart). It doesn't explicitly say 18x20 but that is traditionally what Yonex HD models have beenSo no 18x20?
Have we had an HD model since the RDX 500 HD?Its the "HD" model (second from the left on the chart). It doesn't explicitly say 18x20 but that is traditionally what Yonex HD models have been

I feel the VCore red 95 is super oval. They definitely make less isometric frames than they did in the pastIt is just my impression or the head looks more oval than isometric?
I get what you said. Most HD rackets have been 16x20. It would be interesting if they keep the 16x20 or go 18x20 for this racket. I would think 16x20 since that has been their history. Its the "HD" model (second from the left on the chart). It doesn't explicitly say 18x20 but that is traditionally what Yonex HD models have been

According to the OP from the other thread, they did change the mold slightly in the throat. So reading through it, its the same racquet as the current version it just added some gel in the handle. The specs are comparing it against the older orange pro model.
I thought too but looks like actual rackets are more square since someone posted actual rackets at the other thread. It is just my impression or the head looks more oval than isometric?
This looks great!http://yonex.com/company/news/tenni...vhuKjcYgGDBP_5F-ACn8gWo9TzXpFNVurPcwuROBxKTvg

I would scoop up the ones that are on clearance....I may grab one or two more before they disappear.
So a new paint job and some gel...Glad they didn't change it honestly. The current gen is perfect.
There is no visible* changeAccording to the OP from the other thread, they did change the mold slightly in the throat.
See my question and his answer here.
Well, all I can say is I asked a question of the OP, and he answered. He had both frames on him, I did not, so I had to take his answer at face value. There is no visible* change
* on the throat. by sight.

Cant wait to try this out. Looking for something to complement/replace my Ezone DR 98+
I have just finally settled into a frame I feel totally at home with and this bloody horny green thing comes along. Must resist purchase urge...
The green leather grip is not a fairway on the Max400ino green leather grip? it would be nice to have one.
Just like Dunlop Max 400i has a real green Fairway leather grips like i have two of them!

I can attest that the Clash 98, the Gravity Pro, and the current blue/orange VCP are all excellent sticks.Man. I was ready to switch from the DR98 to either the Ezone98 LE or Clash 98, but I'm going to wait a little longer now. There seems to be a lot of good frames coming out: Blade, Gravity, Pure Strike, and now the VCore Pro. If this thing plays as good as it looks, it will be hard to resist.
The public deserves to know the truth!way to jump in there and knock that one outta the park
