I decided to bring out my little Volkl-collection. It's a long project, but I'm beginning to make an inventory of my racquets. The idea is to take individual pics and add specs, but as you can imagine it's going to take some time.

Is there any chance you have pallets in size 3 or 4 to help me with my 2 c10 pro (2012) ?
I bought them used, seller told me it was size 4 but they are 5

Used to be my favorite racket manufacturer. They should just go back to full retro mode and make plush sticks with V throats again with high quality paint. Like the Pre C10 era. Nostalgia alone would make me buy one.

At least I’m hoping the success of the Pro Tour 2.0 makes them consider it.

I'm usually really old school, but I think they made great sticks for a while even after the C10 era. In general I'm with you, though.

The only racket I like today is the Phantom 93P. Definitely mine are the classics.

oh they definitely still made nice rackets after. I enjoyed the C10 Pro MP and mid. The Tour 10 MP gen1 MP and mid. The really liked the Tour 10 V Engine MP. I also liked the Super G 10 MP even though it wasn’t very Volkl feeling.

I just would like them to bring back the plush, V throat rackets to separate them from the market today.

Volkl tr 25 is without a doubt the MOST BEAUTIFUL STICK ever ever made ever .,to me . Ever . Did I tell you that I think the red tr 25 is like my fave ??

Here is my lone soldier volkl t 9 26.5 length stick .its the tr 25 in junior status still heavy as all hell too.
I finally found the exact same “ red “ volkl used back then and have the spray can top in the pic above. As I’m gonna re paint one of my estusa pro van so the same color! It’s gonna be gorgeous!

Völkl fan here. I have a Servo Soft, a V5 Hotspot, a C7 Comp and a C10 Pro. I always wanted to try the Tour 10 Gen 1 - seems to be a rare stick that had quite a following.

What are the red yellow ones in the picture near the other red ones? There’s a guy here stankovic used to be 88 atp still uses them.

Yes, the first generation Tour 10 is a great racquet, both the mid and mp. If you ever come across one you should absolutely try it.

Number 8 and 9 from the left, top row? That's called Volkl Pro. From 1990, I believe. Easily one of my favorite Volkls.

Is that pro a V Throat ? Couldn’t remember. Thinking no . But I have seen a navy blue volkl pro and it was indeed a v throat with a thinner beam than the tr-25 . Which is by all accounts thinner than the t9 -30 but still bulkier than c10 pros

That's right, no V throat. Haven't seen the one you're describing, but it sounds intriguing.

Great racquet collection. I love seeing these old Volkl's. I am a huge Volkl fan. I've had a lot ( not nearly as many as you) I've bought and sold over the years. Always great racquets.

It's not a stick I ever heard that much about, other than Johnny Mac used it on the Seniors Tour early on.

It's always nice to see here "crazy" fellows who have a fantastic collection of great rackets. I'm thinking of you Dino and also legrandleconte or Alex78 who have tons of beautiful rackets, mainly old stuff or NOS. There are many others on that forum and too many to mention, sorry for those whom I forgot.

I have a nice collection of Fischer rackets -- 20 or so… -- and around me they call me "crazy" as well -- but my little collection is nothing compared to some here.

I started out with one when I had a contract with Völkl. I pretty soon changed to the first generation Tour 10. The Quantum 10 didn't feel nearly as solid, more hollow and tinny. That was my main concern. I haven't played with it since, so I can't really be more specific.

It's great to see the collections of others, and especially to learn a little bit more about stuff and hear what they like and dislike and look for in a racquet.

I'm trying to make an inventory, because right now I don't have a complete overview... I started out with the Völkls, that's how I know the number (67). Actually I have some more than the ones in the pic. A Servo Soft is missing, for instance. I know I have over 70 Prestiges and Radicals because I listed them not too long ago. There are probably just as many other models from Head. Prince may be number 2. I also have quite a few Dunlops, Donnays and Yonexes...

All in all there are more than 600 racquets. The goal was never to reach a specific number, or get as many as possible. I got the first ones for collection purposes like 25 years ago, so it's taken a while to gather them all.
