In terms of high end talent, I'd probably go with Russia, Canada or Spain but in terms of depth, I'd say France probably has the deepest talent pool based on the rankings

Spain isn't nearly as strong now in comparison to the 2000s though. Those winning DC teams between 2004-2011 were unbelievable with Nadal, Moya, Ferrero, Ferrer, Robredo, Almagro, Verdasco and Lopez

Not sure there is one, but probably Spain by a hair over Serbia, but not sure how to evaluate it. PCB and RBA are a little better than Serbia's next couple players.
Did Spain win the most recent DC, and Serbia the ATP Cup? It gets confusing.

Italy (over Canada?) would seem to be pretty well-positioned in 2-3 years, but Med and Rublev could lead a Russian charge.

Tbh Serbia has a lot more talent than I would've originally thought. For a nation with less than 7 million people, they have 5 players in the top 50 + the current world number one, that is very impressive. Troicki was another Serb who was in the top 40 for a long time in this era, he's kinda washed now though

I feel like France has always had a deep talent pool, but for some reason, have lacked breakthrough stars (Tsonga was probably the last one from 2010-13).
I hope some of their young guns can reach top 5

Depends on what you're measuring by.

You could measure by most tournaments won, most ATP points collected, most top 100 players, etc. Not to mention doubles.

In terms of strongest in the top 10 - Russia.
In terms of strongest in the top 20 players - Spain.
In terms of best new talent, Canada and Italy.
In terms of most consistent to pump out top 100 players but no one extraordinary, France.
Best by population, Serbia.

Generally, I'll give best tennis nation to Spain, followed by France, Serbia, Italy, Canada. But for Serbia, most of that rests on Djokovic. Without him, Serbia falls to a decent, but mediocre tennis nation. Without Nadal, Spain is still just behind France.

Yeah, his prospects for the future are excellent.
He will debut in Australia in the final draw of a Grand Slam with 17 years, 9 months and 3 days, 13 days younger than when the Swiss Roger Federer did, a month and a week older than the Serbian Novak Djokovic, and already 8 months and a half older than Rafael Nadal, also Spanish.

Serbia has the Spencer. Italy has the Sinner. I think that USA has the Sureshs so it's a three-way tie.

Canada, now that Pospisil is back in business. Four dangerous dudes. From a depth perspective, possibly the US of A. No real standouts but a plethora of guys you’ve heard of.

Have to go with Spain currently as they have quality at the top and quantity in terms of number of top 100 ATP pros. France seems to be famous more for quantity. All I know is that sadly, it is definitely not the US.
