How is the sizing?Wide toe box?

Sizing is normal, not narrow.

Toebox is more accommodating than a lot of shoes but the midfoot is a little narrow. It's comparable to the Gel Res 8 in terms of a performer, more tank than sprinter. A decent shoe but between the Mizunos I found the Exceed 4 to be more comfy and fit a little better (wider midfoot) for my foot.

Good comments. I preferred them to the exceed 3 but the exceed 4 are much better.

Both shoes are more than a year old so I’m doubtful any more vids will come out on them. I wanted to like the intense because it’s a good looking shoe but I really think the Exceed is better. Intense cushioning is a little hard for my taste (vs say a Gel Res which is more springy and cushioned). And probably why 98 percent of Mizuno’s pros are going with the Exceed. Although Bautista Agut wears a weird hybrid of the Intense sole with the Exceed upper.

Are you talking about the exceed 5 or the intense 5 as "them" here?

I think I was talking about intense. Exceed 4 is better. I am unconvinced about the exceed 5 so far.
