Not on tour anymore: Mike DePalmer. I saw a WTT Classics episode on the Tennis Channel with matches of his from 1987. He was the hottest tennis guy I've seen bar none. Yummm!

One poster up there, frantically trying to ward off any suspicion that he might be gay for expressing an opinion on your poll - he doesn't have to worry, it's fine for a straight man to comment on male handsomeness - I see that the majority of participants have voted "other" because none of Lopez, Ginepri, Roddick and Moya qualify in their minds for "handsome".
I'd have thought that Lopez (along with Gambill and Johansson) qualified for "pretty" rather than "handsome", Roddick's eyes are too close together (along with George W Bush) to qualify for anything other than "arboreal", I'd agree that Ginepri and Moya should be there, but not without Safin, Blake, Haas, Robredo and, in certain lights (like in the dusk with the light behind him) Djokovic.
The fashion show organisers in Montreal last week probably had an eye to this topic when they invited the guys they did to prowl the catwalk in the name of good-looking tennis males.
My view was they should all stick to their day-lobs.

Now that I've thought this through more, I should be more specific and say handsome applies for older people and pretty applies for young people. This is general, though. There are some fairly pretty elderly women, I suppose.

So true. I am a guy and I can appreciate when another dude "has got game". I have seen those guys live and Haas is way too pimply in person (sorry bro if you are reading this).
One person that stood out to me was Safin. In person he just truly registered as a really good looking guy. It doesn't come off as well on TV.

Roddick lost it over the past five years, Moya I don't know about this at all (sorry Bette and diegaa), and Lopez is just too self-absorbed and overly-sweet too gay looking, and Ginepri I don't know how you picked him over Stepanek for the contension here. No surprise that the vast majority of poll participants here vote "other", since there are many handsome guys on ATP but unfortunately none of them made it into the poll here.
