I don't recall you need to sit around when you do BBQ outside, but it's a different story this time I guess because they would be all drinking beers to make even bigger bellys for coming summer....am I right, folks?

I have a small "Card Table" I can bring.
I used to have a canopy that we used for the annual Ruffin Backyard Grill party, but the quality Wal-Mart construction fell apart after 2 years of use. Oh, and my next door neighbor borrowing it and fraking it up also sped that process along.
If we're short chairs, peeps should just bring a picnic blanket - plenty of trees there for shade.

Yeah - it's a lot of work, but tons of fun! We'll prob do it again in July or August. Last time we had 50-75 people show.
Little Bri is doing well. She even has a few little tennis outfits. I posted a pict of her in a little yellow puma outfit with my pure drive.

i also wonder how well i can play with 20 pounds of bbq meat in my belly?
while i'm confirmed - wife and chubby baby may be out. my wife's grandmother is gonna be in town. the woman is strong as an ox and 90 years old. they'll be visiting grandma in the boonies of virginia and i'll likely join them after the bbq.
since JRstreaker isn't bringing Bri - we'll have to postpone the baby duel. i had visions of a baby thunderdome. two babies enter, one baby leave.

get well soon.. it could be worse. like if it had happened when you were wiping your butt or something of that sort.. i think sup's handicap point rule book (section 13 paragraph 2 3rd sentence) states that broken collar bones are awarded 1 point per set. i hope you use it well..

Thanks to JRK for the great hitting session tonight. For peeps who didn't play, you missed some great tennis weather.
Me and JRK started out with some hitting then moved on to play 21. I lost that game since I decided to go for a winner from about 10 ft behind the baseline on match point. We played two sets after that. JRK came from behind to win the first one 6-3 (correct me if I'm wrong JRK). In the second set, I managed to eek out a win, also 6-3.
Overall it was a good night.
Anyway, if DC peeps are interested, me and JRK are trying to set up some double for next week in DC or Arlington -maybe Thursday. JRK knows some sweet lighted courts just a fee minutes away from the Pentagon City metro.
