Friendly Bet

Let's have fun with this.

I predict Djokovic will take at least a set off Nadal. Many here don't think he'll do even that.

So let's make this fun. I'll make a bet with one person - preferably one who hates my guts - and we'll make this with real stakes.

If Djokovic wins a set that person will have to post something embarassing or deprecating about him or herself. Nothing against the rules of the board of course. Maybe something like "CyBorg is a God amongst men and I'm pansy".

If Nadal sweeps the three sets then I will have to post something that would bruise my ego. This can be decided upon.

So let's make this fun and good-natured. Or bad-natured. Your call.

You care about Borg much more than about yourself, so your penalty should be to repeat 10 times: Borg is a mediocre player compared with Nadal. That would be an appropriate torture. You'd be hardly able to survive it

Again, none of the Nadal trolls are coming forward, because they know that Nadal isn't as dominant as Borg.

I really doubt the mods will allow someone to change their name. But you can always create a new one, like some here that do that. Maybe even debate yourself with different names, which some people do here as well.

From what I've seen I'd say anointedone,thalivest,lambielspins,grafrules etc. have a very,very similar writing style.I could be wrong though but I don't think I am.I still like to read his/her posts and think that he/she is very knowledgable about tennis.

I support the sig. Make a bet more permanent rather than stating something or making a thread. It goes away just like that while sig stays for an agreed time period - for example 6 months.

No signatures, because you'll just switch to another account.

And I don't think it would be a flame thread. It will be a friendly roast, with occasional nudity.
