A little bit. Felt a bit off.
And I didn't see much of the ball as they picked on my partner bigtime. They even joked with me after the match - "sorry you didn't get to play much."
But there's more than enough blame to go around - I also blew some easy put aways. It was that type of night......

Shoulda woulda, jrk... I think used ti.rad's are a dime a dozen on the bay anyway. There are some real interesting frames on the bay though...should I wait for my hps 6.1's to get here or have playmate-frames waiting for them upon arrival. I could get a smorgasboard of used cool frames!

I didn't see it from earlier (2 days ago) either. Auzzie or you on some weird "bay" that we don't know about? Everytime I look for Ti Rads they are starting at $75 or so. Or they start at $50 with $25 dollars shipping fee.

This just in, local officials are asking metro DC residents to not breathe on Jan. 20, as you will be using precious oxygen needed by all of the out of town visitors. Can you all just hold your breath until for one day? Kthanx.

Sounds like a good time to raid the grocery stops and stock up like we do around here when we get 0.0000000001 inches of snow, stock up on some xbox 360 rentals and game for 48 hours straight...... ( withh the Azzie Open be on by then?) Stock up on TP now!
BTW- the wookie is singed, but is growng some hair back. Won tonight at #1 in mixed dubs with JJ. 6-3,6-2. JJ put up an outstanding performance.

WTOP has been reporting for two days now, that they are 'asking' residents to stay off the beltway. They are not closing it, but merely 'suggesting' that the residents of the area leave the beltway open for all the out-of-towners. 'Cause, you know, that sounds like a good idea. :roll:
Good job on the win last night! Did we have enough players for all the courts? JJ was asking me to play, but you know...9pm matches on a school night...not so much.

Just a slight edit... You've got the Pro Tour Extreme FT. I only know this because I used the Pro Tour FT back in '01 or '02 (can't remember). In the image below, what you bought is on the far left. The 'Pro Tour FT' is on the far right:
Two things: (1) I would very much like to hit w/ the Pro Tour Extreme when you get them. I was always interested in that racket. And (2), I still have a couple of the red Pro Tour FTs if you want to give them a swing.

I actually did buy the Pro Tour FT's. They made the first generation of them with the red, and then the second generation of them came with Fischer yellow where the red was. If I like them, I would probably be interested in testing out your red ones as well.
What did you think about those frames? How do they compare to any of the other racquets you have played with? It appears I am coincidentally following your exact same racquet-career path.
Yeah the MComp deal, I found checking the bay. I am unsure if you are still looking to stock up on those frames.
p.s. I found a new colorway for that Pro Impact FT frame as well (mostly black). Looks nice, just not nice specs for me...

Apparently. I was unaware that they changed the color to yellow for later models.
Its been a while since i hit w/ it, but from what I remember, it was a very nice feeling racket. I only had 2 problems w/ it: First, I didn't like the handle shape. Trivial, I know, but back then they had more of a rounded handle shape (like Head? ). Second, I think it could have used some lead.
I didn't have a balance board at the time, so I may have put the lead in the wrong spot. I remember putting it @ the 3 & 9 o'clock positions, but it might have been better suited at the throat.
Now I may go home & string it up just to see how it hits...
