Why don't you just get the same colorway, but for the BV's.
Unlike the B IV – the B V does not have a dark blue version stretching from the shoe’s nose to tongue and even laces.
Here are my current shoes in my house, I have about 6 more pairs in my car somewhere..lol... anyone else have the problem of Adidas shoes having really long shoe laces and Nike having somewhat short laces? just wondering...

TMCW - Yeah you can, I think that is why I was so drawn to them. I really like the retro look as you probably can tell. I know love those shoes. Unfortunetly the bubbles are popped and it is impossible to find another pair.
NadalFan - As other have said they are somewhat hot. After break in they were great though. The heat is my only issue.

just to show my shoes. had alot morem maybe 8 pairs but got rid! the most comfortable shoe is the barricade grass but love the black barricades. hope you like

I know I was so excited to find those shoes haha. Got them quite cheap too like $45 each.
And I haven't even taken them to a court. Purely a style shoe for me. The are quite heavy and I have lots of of shoes for tennis as you can see there.
