just ordered !! i was about to get about 3-4 polos/shirts, then decided to used the money for this nice jacket.

jolly, i just don't get why you buy so many multiples of stuff. If it were me I would use the same money to buy more styles for variety, etc..

there are rare occasions where I'll buy 2 of the same thing if i like it so much and figure 2 will last me a lifetime.

hopefully i'm not in for a short life ;o

ended up getting this shirt also..my first lacoste shirt. there are still a lot of deals at lacoste.com right now...65% off :eek:

liking the older light blue french open shirts...why didn't i get them when i had a chance? also, the one i regret the most is white shirt...that had thin stripes across the chest area...can someone post a pic? had like very thin navy and red lines...

might have had a navy collar. that was one good looking shirt. :( i wish i had at least gotten the crew of that...anyone wanna sell?

I know I´m very late but does anyone have those old federer crews. you know in 2005 that zip polo for the aussie open or the blue crew for uso? I started too pick up tennis shirts my first was feds french polo in 2007. so if anybody could please post pics of the older collections....;DD

I think roddick should do something about his pretty big shirts also. constantly having to pull up on his shoulders...maybe it's a ritual he doesn't want to change...but like Nadal said in an interview - there is greater freedom of movement with the sleeveless shirts. ;o

frankly i'm a little disappointed with it. may exchange it or return.. it's not as dark as i thought. And the material seems very thin and fragile. I *think* it's made of ripstop fabric, but it feels like it could easily get punctured by some sharp corner.

i'm wearing the fed's french open polo underneath, heh

^^ Bummer. For the price you'd think it would be of better quality. Maybe it is one of those fabrics that are super light but really tough...?

$160 for pseudo retro? Nike is brilliant. So smart the way they make money while producing complete lifestyle crap.

I wiill admit, though, it does look like a jeanjacket. Bet you can get a jeanjacket for about $5 used these days....and really set a trend.

The funniest/coolest parts about the new NIKE McEnroe line are the novelty tagline, "You canNOT be serious" and the iconic afro/headband look on John's face. Both were made famous while he wore Tacchini. Just beautiful how Nike owns ...and along with John, makes money off the pop-kids.

Re-write some history and put a swoosh on it.

hyogen, that jacket sucks for that price. I'd buy it maybe for $40 if I didnt have a jacket. Im not just saying that though my revealed prejudice from my other thread here either.

That Lacoste shirt was a good buy, that would have been my choice but I got the 2 Johnny collars....that other one was too Asiany....lol

yeah, i returned the jacket. which johnny collars are you talking about? and which one is asiany? i'll go take a look and see what you're talking about. the track jacket is really nice for only 65 bucks or so...regularly around $150...

oh i didnt read the rest of your post, I thought you called that Lacoste polo you bought "asiany"....lol it was something else. nah its not. If anything that one would have been my third choice.

returning the lacoste polo b/c it fits a little too big and the material is kinda scratchy.. also don't like how all the logos are huge...LACOSTE in two places and then an oversized croc logo.

i did pick this up today:
