Guess what I found for $1 on good ol' craig's list!

I got two racquets from this lady for a buck. A 8.5/10 condition Wilson Hammer 5.2 106 4 3/8 and the "steal of the day" a Prostaff 6.0 95 4 3/8.

The leather grip on the prostaff has been replaced with a synthetic but it has no cracks or deep scratches. I'd rate it bout a 5/10 for sure. Lots of paint scrapping on the hopp but other than that just a chip off the bumper. Look great still for apparently being heavily used for 11 years.

IMO definitely not a 7/10 ... maybe 5/10. Nevertheless... its a great find

Any chance you'll be redoing/touching up the paintwork of the PS 95?

hmmm. compared to a RDS 001 i sold, the PS looks better than that and the buyer thought it looked a little better than a 7. well nevermind no harm done.

UPDATE:

I actually did decide and paintjob the the PS 6.0 95. I've started to sand down the paint. I've never done this before and if anyone can give me some advice please let me know. Any ideas or inspiriations for the paintjob are welcome too.

You're not the first to do a custom paintjob, so I'd advise you to search the Racquets forum for threads containing the word "paintjob".

The PS 95 might be nice with a new pj.

What mystifies me is that someone would go through the effort of listing/selling those just for $1
