This is intended to collect the various playtest threads into one place. I know I'm missing a few links, so if you don't see your playtest listed in this thread, please respond and provide a link with a description of your thread. If I've listed your thread, please provide a description of what you would like it to say. I was just thinking this might be a good link to provide for those "Help me find a string" threads that pop up all the time.

Have Begun my Run with Pro's Pro - Pro's Pro string evalutions

Mid Level Gut Playtest - Medium Priced Gut Strings

Mikeler's Multis - This thread evaluates various multifilament strings and ranks them.

Mikeler's Polys - This thread evaluates a couple poly/multi hybrids.

Multis Tier Rating System - Short multi evaluations.

Nickb's Poly Reviews - Poly reviews.

PV Audio's Playtest Thread - Poly (mains and crosses) hybrids with the occasional full poly test

Rodrigo's string reviews - Mostly polyester string reviews

Sphinx780's Multi-Quest - Multi reviews

Thebuffman's Playtest Journal - Mostly polyester string reviews

The Church of Polystringism-- Alidisperanza's PT Thread - Mostly polyester string reviews

The J011yroger guide to strings. - General string info.

Maybe something like "Playtest of all string types". I dunno, I'd rather not try and brand somebody else's writing.

Hence why the mean always loses to the median in the presence of outliers. Some fool rated this 1 star, so now it'll never be 5 stars even with my 5 star rating

It's all good. Hopefully a few more people chime in with their playtest threads. Then when we get the "Help me pick a string" threads, this will be a standard link to include.
