April 15th Rankings (Spoiler Alert)

Starting with the April 15th rankings they will use the 9 best wins and in fact the next 3 rankings will use the 9 best wins as well. The 10th best win isn't used until after the NCAAs get started so the 9 best wins will determine the NCAA Tournament Field.

These rankings include Friday's results and have some projections made through the weekend. I did not assume a winner/loser for Florida at Kentucky, Oregon at Stanford, South Florida at Memphis, or NC State at Virginia Tech. If the team has an * beside it that means I'm taking a guess on the points for a victory over a team not ranked in the top 75 so there likely will be some variance. I will update these again on Sunday night.

Stanford and Oregon is almost an elimination match today. Winner will move up and loser goes down.

Wow ole miss still not top40. Uh oh

They probably need to win at least once at the SEC Tournament to stay near 40. By winning against aTm they'll be the 11 seed and will face the 6 seed which will likely be the hosts Vanderbilt. Good thing for the Rebs is they have already beaten Vandy this year in Nashville.

they will play the Vols in 1st game, and possible UK in 2nd game. They ve beaten Vols before.

uhm...how is the ranking calculated in conference tournament? is there the 10% road bonus??

The only way to get the bonus points for a road win in the SEC Tournament would be to beat Vanderbilt.

Actually the Texas/Baylor match will just determine who is 6th because the gap from 5th to 6th is pretty big.

UNC beating Duke would push them to 7th. If Duke won they'd be 10 or 11 probably.
