What? Since when does Dimitrov play S&V? Correct me if I'm wrong but I haven't seen him at the net so much. Or did you let yourself get influenced by all of the Dimi fans who keep going on about baby-Fed this, baby-Fed that. Seriously, they're two different players and what they have in common is the fact that they wear the same clothes, have the same raquet sponsor, and Dimi obviously tries to copy certain things Fed is doing but doesn't come that close.

Sorry but if Novak plays his best tennis or even close to the way he played vs Tsonga or 1st, 4th and 5th sets vs Cilic, the 32 year old Fed has no chance.

Thank god it is an IF... I agree that IF Djokovic plays great tennis, Federer would have to be playing at an insane level that we haven't seen for a while, to compete seriously with Djokovic....so this match is really up to Djokovic on the result... and Feds serve would have to be REALLY on as well.... there is also the grass matchup and mental toughness in slam finals as well....
I agree,but he has to do it in 4 sets or less,if he allowed Djokovic into the match and he gets taken to a 5th set,Federer would run out of steam...

Agree, but if Fed has a decent serving day, he can take out Novak. But first things first, let us get past Raonic.

Even as much as I dislike Djokovic, I hope he thrashes Federer should Federer get to the final. I can not stand this so called maestro(opportunist) benefiting from cakewalk draw, opponent bending down and scheduling advantage and his weak-era padded major count. How lucky can Federer get? He won in 2009 after his main weak era rival Roddick couldn't even make a club player like volley and in 2012 with roof closed. And this year, with choker Gasquet bailing out Kyrgios and this serve bot who got lucky in the two tie breaks against Nadal (poor Nadal, even if he made it out he would've faced Raonic another servebot, while Federer enjoyed his cakewalk draw facing all clay courters on grass and a sick Wawrinka who thrashed him in the first set before succumbing to illness and poor scheduling. Federer didn't even get one big hitter like Berdych or Tsonga this year and they thrashed him in 2010 and 2011 what a joke!!!). I hope Djokovic thrashes Federer in 2011 Australian Open style.

Ever since Fed gave a straight sets beatdown to Lu at the 2009 Wimbledon Championships and went on to win the tournament, the FanofLu has despised Federer....2012 Shanghai and what would have been a 2014 Halle meeting, that I am sure the FanofLu was very confident about, adds a bit of salt to the wound...

He can, but Federer plays completely different to them. It would be a harder ask for Dimitrov to take out Federer IMO.
