Really conflicted about who I want to win. I want Raonic to break through and get a win vs one of the big 3 and also win his first big title, but I also want Federer to win another big title before he retires. It would be nice to see him win a 6th Cincinnati title.
Ultimately I picked Federer in 3. I just hope Raonic gives him a good match. Something tells me he will. Little by little he's evolving into a top player.

Exactly! I watched the entire match and Federer played really well. Much better than Toronto and people expect too much from him nowadays. If Federer returns first serves as well as he did today and his ground game is on point then he should win in 2 sets.

I predicted Federer in 3. Raonic looked sharp against Fognini, but it's Fognini, and plus, Federer ain't playing too bad himself. I think it'll be a better match than the one at Wimbledon, though. I predict Raonic will show some growth and maturity as a player in this match.
Or it could be a disaster. Who knows? I just prefer to give Raonic a little more credit than that.

This is some competition for Federer in the M1000 semis, reminiscent of the classical Federer slam draws of the past. Raonic who struggled to get through McDonald-doormat Johnson who has declined since last year, and also managed to drop a game to Fognini who was fighting hard to get off the court in record time!:lol:
