Yes, and they are now my favorite overgrip. The local store is now carrying Tecnifibre overgrips. Has anyone tried those?

lol, reviving another old thread since I was researching "best overgrip"... my $0.02 which I don't think anyone posted:
There seem to be 2 kinds of grips:
1) Tacky - (aka. Wilson Pro) great if you don't sweat much or live in a dry area
2) Dry - (aka. Tournagrip) necessary if you sweat alot and/or play in humid areas
I think preference is going to depend on some other factors too (but basically boil down to "how dry can you keep your grip"):
* do you change shirts often? (eg. wet shirts eventually brush your grip)
* do you play shirtless? (eg. sweat eventually more likely to get on your grip)
* are you in shape? (lol, it you're out of shape, you're gonna sweat more)
* do you where wrist bands? (or the moisture wicking/compression sleeve thing that Raonic wears), and do you change them often?
That said, living in the east coast, during hot humid summer heat, tourna grip is my fave, all other times (90%) Wilson Pro. Often in mildly wet conditions, I'm ok using Wilson Pro + https://www.dryhands.com/
Gamma supreme in white for me.
It just feels right.
When I sweat a lot I prefer a grip like Tourna. It absorbs the sweat. Tacky grips become wet, they don't absorb enough sweat, which is a problem for me in warm and humid weather. However in cold weather I prefer a tackier grip that lasts a little bit longer than Tourna which is not durable at all, like Wilson Pro. It gives me more tack than the Tourna when my hands are dry.

Anyone that likes "Gamma Supreme" should try "Gamma Supreme Soft". I used to use Supreme, but the Soft version is so much better. I can't use anything else now. If they stop making them, I will buy the company! n
Wilson Sensation
Which one is that? I'm seeing the "Supreme", "Supreme Power", and "Supersoft".
sorry...it's Supersoft. That's the one.
Gotta ask. Why do the same 3 over grips get so much praise? What is it about the Wilson Pro, Supergrap, and VS that everyone raves about?
I've been putting the Prince Resipro over TW leather and it feels great. Comparison?
I believe rafa nadal uses vs grip, right?
Tourna XL during hot & humid days (+80F), Wilson Pro any other time.
I prefer tacky grips, but here in the Mid-Atlantic (USA) it can get extremely humid; Tourna really comes in handy when I'm sweating buckets, as the grip actually improves with moisture.
Yonex Super Grap is very good as well. I like Babolat VS in regards to feel and thickness (or lack thereof), but can't justify paying more for it.
