Nike Zoom Zero's replaced - did I miss something?

Just realized the Tubo's replace the Zoom Zero's - did I miss an email or commercial? I really like the Zoom Zero's and am glad I stocked up on them but anyone who have played both can give an honest comparison/review? Thanks.

Turbo’s

overall not as snug, although some mention a tight toe box.

also some have mentioned the turbos have a loose ankle. I’ve found using the heal lock lacing a perfect remedy.

the sole is 100x more durable. Been playing in these since August and they show almost no wear. The Zoom Zeros’ outsole had worn through the toe after only a few hours on the court.

the turbos are not a forward biased as the ZZ’s. It’s there but not as pronounced.

the cushioning of the turbos is what puts them over the top for me.

I got the Turbos also and the toe box is tight for me also. I am hoping it breaks in more because the air cushion is plush
and that is what my poor feet love. I had to go from a 10.5 to an 11 and lucky I did.

Great review and comparison thank you. I still have 3 pairs of ZZ's in the closet but will def keep an eye out for Turbo's in the future.

I really like the ZZ cushioning and overall fit to my narrow foot, though I do have to lace them up tight. Durability has been decent, not as bad as Vapors.

Thank you - any other comments/thoughts are appreciated.

I pulled out my grass sole Zoom zeros today to play on artificial grass. Forgot how awesome they felt and how quick I was able to move in them. Bringing out the hard court pair for a match in a couple of days and leaving the Kyrie Vapors and Cage 4 in the cupboard for awhile.

I really like my Adidas Boosts, but appears those are also tough to get and the pricing is just crazy, got my clay version for a good discount. Adidas are great for my narrow feet with a great fit.

I still don't understand quite how the ZZ failed badly enough that they just straight up discontinued it, but I guess I too will have to try the GP Turbos or hold out for the Vapor NXT. Bummer.

ZZ was way too tight up top. so much so it was cutting off circulation to top of my feet. very bad weird feeling after 2 hours of playing if you ask me. Try the GP Turbo, your feet will feel like it is walking in HEAVEN. Or if you must have a super light shoes, then wait for Vapor NXT

They weren't hideous enough for Nike.

For the GP Turbos they got Kyrgios drunk and gave him some Legos to play with and worked like a charm.

Good thing I have my ZZ supply still, should get me easily through first half of 2021 into prime season. Hopefully can try on some Turbo's to compare.
