I upgraded from a 6 point mount 5003 to a two point mount 6004. I greatly prefer the two point mount. It takes a little less time to mount the racquet, (no biggie, really). There are no mounting arms to block holes and far fewer snags while stringing. If you're going to get the two point mount you may as well pay the extra $200 and upgrade to the 6004. the switch action clamp bases on the 6004 are nicer to work with than the bases that come with the 5003.

another question is that LEAD on the clamp base on my friends 6002?

Isn't that dangerous AND how much is it for a 6004 2 piont mount used
?

Don't know about the lead. The 2 point 6004 has only been out for a short time, so there probably aren't many available on the used market.

Have a 6004 6pt. mount. I've never had a blocked hole or problems with snagging. I've used 2 pt. mounts before this one, and the 6 pt. supports the racket much better. There is much debate on how much support one needs, but to me more support is better than less support.

The only other two point I've used is the Prince Neos. The new Gamma two point Gamma feels substantially more secure. I have zero concerns about the racquet. Once mounted, you could easily pick up the entire machine by the racquet without the racquet moving.

Audiodude.
Do you think the Gamma 2pt mount support badminton rackets too? If so, might it be as secure as for tennis rackets?
Thanks.

In terms of physical support the 2 point is all you need -just make sure that the adapter (plastic part that makes contact with the racket) is wide enough so that the racquet doesn't move when pulling the crosses. FYI I went with the 6 pt just for the extra sleep at night ;)
