Shame on me for not creating this Thread earlier.
So, this is one of the Matches I was really looking forward to see this week (although I didn't really count on it to be honest). Dimitrov has been a bit of a human roller-coaster this year, while Lopez fell under the radar just to jump out in time for the Grass Swing. But he's turning 36 in September and just comes from a Final loss and wins over the likes of Wawrinka and Berdych, the Match against the latter having lasted nearly two hours and a half - will he be able to keep it up?
Dimitrov is leading the Head-To-Head by 2-1, but they're 1-1 on Grass, both encounters being held at the Queen's Club (in 2010 Lopez won their R32 meeting by 6-2 6-4, while Dimitrov defeated the Spaniard in the 2014 Final with the interesting score of 6(8)-7 7-6(1) 7-6(6), which makes me wonder: how do I write superscript on this Site, since the BB Code [sup][/sup] doesn't seem to work?).
In all their three encounters, Lopez won the First Set. The last one is in fact from 2016 Cincinnati R2, where Dimitrov won by 5-7 6-3 7-6(6).
I can't really predict much, so may the best man win.
