It's on clay and Tomic has had matches, but if Nick turns up fit I'm thinking straight sets.

Legendary matchup. Battle for the real Australian No.1

If Kyrgios is fit and wants to win he most likely will. Anything less and it becomes a toss up.
Tomic fairs poorly against servebots, but this is one of those matches he won't tank.
His game is capable of frustrating Nick who will get impatient on clay and that should give him the edge.

Tomic is much better on defence, with a frequently used but decent slice.
With his change of pace shots he can play like a bargain bin version of Murray.
A matchup Kyrgios hates.

Prediction: Motivated Tomic in 4.
