Thiem is looking to win in Buenos Aires for the third time (won in 2018 and in 2016)

Curious to see how Jarry and Auger-Aliassime perform here.

Curious if Londero can continue his magical run at home or if #5 seed Joao Sousa successfully sells him on a stay at the WATLYNM Lodge. The Argentine’s first match in his Córdoba run was also vs a #5 seed (Jarry).

Playing with a hangover could be a drag.

Cecchinato or Cuevas ftw.

Jarry already out in the first round, clay is definitely a bad surface for his game, he was an UE machine today just like in Cordoba.

The way he is playing he could at least take Sousa to 3 sets. Hope he wins but I don't see it.

He said in the ceremony that he planned to drive to Buenos Aires in the middle of the night (to save some money I guess). But now that he won an ATP title, he should reward himself with a first class ticket (?)

Schwartzman ****ed himself by playing doubles.

only won 2 games in the doubles final too.

Can't believe a singles player who takes himself serious does that

"Doubles—why are we even playing it?” he said in an interview with The Times of London. “Most of you guys know I love doubles. But I look at it now and say, what is this? I don’t even recognize what this is...I don’t know what doubles is bringing to the table. The doubles are the slow guys who aren’t quick enough to play singles. Would it be better off, no disrespect, but would it be better off if there was no doubles at all, and we invest all the money we save elsewhere so that some other guys who never really got into a good position in the sport, end up playing more in singles?”-- JMac

“I hear the greatest doubles players of all time—the Bryan Brothers and it’s ‘Excuse me?’ I find that comment unbelievable,” -- Peter Fleming
