Djokovic always had trouble with Roddicks serve too, I think he didn’t read his motion particularly well. Kyrgios and Berretini are jokes compared to Roddick. I swear most of you guys don’t even play tennis at a decent level

2009 Haas vs 2022 Djokovic would be a great match. 2022 Djokovic served better than 2009 but was much worse from the baseline, so if Haas could hold his nerve he has a definite chance.

Last year, Kyrgios was basically helpless against Djokovic when the rallies started, same with Berretini in the prior year. Roddick and Haas were much better from the baseline than those two.

40% chance or better for Haas?

Sorry for the HGH stuff. But just one more.

LeBron is significantly, like levels more, athletically gifted than anyone else mentioned here tbh. Literally zero humans who have ever lived have the height, strength, speed, power, and coordination combination he possesses. He is the singular greatest raw athlete in North American sports history by a pretty large distance.
Wilt, Russel, Jim Brown, Bo Jackson, Herschel Walker, Deon Sanders?

Andrew Roddick in 5. I’m giving Djokovic 5 sets because he’s such a fighter and has pulled Houdini acts hundreds of times. But it could honestly be 3/4 for Roddick, remember he was a smoked volley from going up 2 sets on peak Federer

Djoko in 5. Roddick will have his chances but choke on imp points.
He might, but it’s important to note that Roddick actually played the big points really well in the 2009 final, with that infamous tiebreak being the sole exception. The stats for that match are pretty lopsided in favor of Fed but Roddick made up the difference by serving huge and upping his game in most of the big moments.

this should settle the whole debate but unfortunately TTWers are going to say roddick himself is wrong lol
To be fair it does not necessarily follow that Kyrgios is better since he is known for wasting his talent (even though he seems to exaggerate this), while Roddick seemed to me like a hard worker who maximised his potential. Roddick was way more successful than Kyrgios until now and one cannot exactly say that he faced weaker competition.
