Just re-installed the app on my phone and it didn't help
do you have a hitting session to upload? did you try registering a hitting session before trying to upload?

Great I appreciate the feedback. Maybe I'll wait for the next iteration or gadget to hit the marketIt is fun to have, but it really doesn't help with tracking. The data is too generalized for really good tracking.
It lists an avg and max speed for ground strokes and serves. So it is really hard to tell if a ball you just hit was faster or slower since you only get feedback at the end of a session.
I guess if you did a drill with only driving forehands and replicated that drill next week, you could compare it head to head.
But in any other situation with variance, the average speed is just too general. Imagine you drive a few forehands, place some, roll some with top spin and even hit some half volleys or slices. Even if you hit your best forehand drives, the other strokes might bring the average down to compare to a session where all you did is bang the ball. Sure the second session will have a higher average speed, but you can't compare it to the few drives you had in your mixed session.
A more practical example, if I play singles my average speeds for groundies are much higher than when I play doubles.
Sometimes when I play my best, my PIQ score is lower than times I was dragging my butt.
If down the road they allow you to see all the data it might be worth it. If you could look at the graph and see in the first set your FH was up 3MPH might be valuable if you got your butt kicked in the second.
@Babolat Official hi! Something seems to be up with the pop servers. Since a couple of weeks I haven’t been able to choose location, the function seems to time out. But maybe more alarming - since the start of April the ranking and activity score doesn’t seem to update. It still shows my result for March. I can still sync sessions without trouble.

@KluddKalle sorry to hear things aren't working as they should. check your inbox for warranty contact information. thanks!
Thanks! Will check it out. Although I’m pretty certain that the issues are on the server side of things, not the app or device.
Today the activity score and ranking for April finally got updated. Still can’t select location but that’s no big deal.
Can you say anything about future support for pop or if all your focus will be on the rumoured handle sensor “pulse”?
And please, keep informed me too in regards "a better idea of new babolat sensor "pulse"@KluddKalle Unfortunately I have no further information at this time. Once I have a better idea, I will update you.
Spin. POP lays a lot of emphasis on spin. Also notices your takeback and follow through. Very very clear difference if I hit flat for the session or with topspin. Even with lower intensity spin groundstrokes, the PIQ score gets higher. And it doesn't get affected much even if I am hitting flatter than usual but with very high tempo and pace. My PIQ range is usually from 8500 to 9200 depending on who I am training with. This is probably a broad question. How did you go about figuring out what improved your PIQ score on the Pop sensor over time? Did you do something along the lines of focusing on one thing with each stroke every time you played and seeing how it impacted the PIQ score? For example...focusing on weight transfer on the forehand..
What does the activity score represent? It appears that the ranking order is off in the Community section on the app. I see people ranked above me with a lower activity score. Wasn't sure that was a glitch or if I was reading something incorrectly. Thanks!
Thanks so much. I am a 3.0-3.5 player and am trying to work on adding more spin..among many other aspects of my game. I tried incorporating the stuff you mentioned this morning and already saw a bit of an improvement in my PIQ score. Would you say the primary difference between your flat and topspin shots is brushing the back of the ball and swinging low to high upwards for the topspin? I tend to compromise on the speed of the stroke when I try to add topspin. Thanks.Spin. POP lays a lot of emphasis on spin. Also notices your takeback and follow through. I am not sure about the Activity score. Never paid much attention to it.
Yes, I can see marked difference when I change stroke. As you face the net think of your racquet's tip going from right fence to the left fence in a windshield wiper motion with swing path low to high as you get under the ball. It will give you a much loopier, high net clearance ball as well. I would definitely recommend getting some lessons from a good coach and getting your fundamentals strong. It will help you a lot in the long run (way more than buying new gear and strings etc). Thanks so much. Thanks, I've been taking group lessons once a week since I started in late 2018. I've been considering private lessons but they are $$$.Yes, I can see marked difference when I change stroke. Yes, I definitely understand. Tennis does have a bigger learning curve than most other sports as well. You learn everyday. Just keep on practicing, playing and having fun. Best of luck to you. Thanks, I've been taking group lessons once a week since I started in late 2018. I've been considering private lessons but they are $$$.
Holy hell. Looking at these scores, you are very a good player! My scores rarely touch 7000 and if they do I have to check if sensor is okay. And I'm not that bad of a player (beat 90% of 4.0 players, get beaten by 90% of 4.5s)Spin. POP lays a lot of emphasis on spin. Also notices your takeback and follow through. I've been able to hit 7000 plus fairly consistently on my backhand. When I incorporated some changes that haqq777 mentioned with a more exaggerated C shaped stroke on the forehand on the ball machine, I saw better PIQ scores on the forehand..but mine are like 5500 at best. But struggling to get spin on the forehand..unless I hit lobs. I feel like I am doing as I am supposed to but I get a very low percentage of shots register as topspin..like fewer than 5 out of a 100 strokes.Holy hell.
