Best USTA mens open tournaments

I have seen alot of USTA tournaments, but many seem to lack players/high level competition. What are the best tournaments for men's open players? What to search on USTA? The el Paso 25k in August is usually great, and even the Tucson city championship in June is pretty good. The Mercedes tournament in Scottsdale around November is a 128 draw with amazing players. Anyone know any other great all around tournaments to go for some tough competition and big draws? Even just really well organized or great location tourneys worth a visit?

The Washington State Open held in Seattle is a great and well run event with a 128 player open draw in a very picturesque location right on Lake Washington. If you are lucky, you'll even get to play matches with the Blue Angels flying a few hundred feet overhead!

Ok, that probably isn't a perk, but it is unique. It is all part of the Seafair summer festival and air show that takes place in conjunction with hydroplane races on the lake and more.
