BPOAT ranking and GOAT ranking

How I have already written in another thread the greatest all time is not always necessarily the best player all time.

A ranking determined on the greatness of the players could have the champions not in the same order compared to a ranking made on the best players.
The greatness encompasses so many characteristics, above all the achievements (the titles and their importance).
But to get to collect achievements we want many years, then consistency of performance, and longevity.
The best player may very well not have a great consistency of performance, and above all logevity.
In the men's tennis come to mind at least 4 first-level names: Kramer , Hoad, Borg and McEnroe who ran out prematurely.
But the level of their tennis has probably surpassed the tennis level of other champions that have been more consistent and longevity/consistency, winning more.

This affirmation is especially true (IMHO) for women.
In the period Post WWII 5 women have clearly achieved the best achievements: Court, Evert, Navratilova, Graf and S. Williams.
But two female players played tennis at the same level. Connolly and Seles.

Simply misfortune has removed them from the competition.
In a GOAT ranking the two women can't compete because their career has been relatively short.
But in a BPOAT ranking it is an absurd don't put close Connolly or Seles to Court, Evert, Navratilova, Graf and S. Williams.
