And how do you judge that? Show me the stats that back this up.The ranking is used by ATP to compile draws, I think that is a good indicator of form. It's not always right but it usually is.

There are actual posters who actually try to "rationalize" these awesome stats against Novak.Kinda easy when you're the youngest among other ATGs who you play against and everyone younger is a part of the ultramug era.
Where are the new Beckers, Lendls, Agassis currently aged 20-28? Can't find them. Hard to have a negative h2h against players who suck and can't even make up for the 10 year age difference.
Check Big3's winning percentage against top5, top10, top20, top50... You'll see that it gets higher as the ranking of the opponent gets lower, meaning a high ranking reflects better form. And how do you judge that? Show me the stats that back this up.
"Including 2-1 at US Open" sounds ridicolous.Djokovic is the only to lead rivalries with anyone he played 10+ times
Not in Slasm though. Djokovic has played over 10 times against Nadal in Slams. Yet, Nadal leads the H2H over Djokovic 9-6 in Grand Slams (including 2-1 at the US Open).
A high ranking does NOT reflect form. Take August 2008 for both Federer and Nadal right before Federer lost the no 1 ranking and see what you come up with.Check Big3's winning percentage against top5, top10, top20, top50... As ATGs grown on trees... Look at lets say last 30 years, count ATGs and say on average at what rate ATGs shows... There were/is 3 ATGs almost at same time... Few years gap is normal...Kinda easy when you're the youngest among other ATGs who you play against and everyone younger is a part of the ultramug era.

LAVERGood work Lew. Where is Laver though?
Usually does, so it's more reliable, unbiased, objective than the eye test.A high ranking does NOT reflect form. Take August 2008 for both Federer and Nadal right before Federer lost the no 1 ranking and see what you come up with.

Open Era only.
Yeah? How do you judge when it does and when it doesn't?Usually does, so it's more reliable, unbiased, objective than the eye test.
That's why ATP employs it.
Yawn, you wouldn't understand.Yeah? How do you judge when it does and when it doesn't?
I asked you the same question before. No dodging this time.
Bring me a stat that confirm this since you're so into confirming everything with a stat, baby.
Enough of this backing up what you think with stats BS when it works in your favorite and avoiding an answer when it doesn't. Give me facts, data, stats, whatever. I'm waiting.Yawn, you wouldn't understand.
