Lol, again this? You're still telling lies about this 24 months later? Your obsession is quite scary. Are you from Serbia? Don't be silly. These events "happened" in 2nd half of December 2021. It wasn't March-June 2020 anymore, when everyone with covid had to stay home, isolate, wear masks and respect social distancing. Things are more clear today. Everyone freaked out in 2020 but nobody cared anymore in 2021, let alone in December. Most countries didnd't even have clear and specific laws starting the 2nd half of 2021. Balkan countries had the most flexible laws, even more than US. Everyone can go out in public with covid, it doesn't shock anybody anymore. Many teens in my nephew's school have asymptomatic covid, the parents still send them to school. Most people still go to work with covid, unless they're really sick with fever. It doesn't shock anybody. Regarding Djokovic, there were a few rumors about the Serbia law but most articles came from foreign sources and turned out to be incorrect. Officially there were never any clear laws in December 2021 so he couldn't break anything, especially knowing he didn't even know. You are completely making things up once again. For the event with the children he had not even received the result of his test. The day of this event, he took 2 antigenic tests and they were negative. He was asymptomatic, thus zero reason to suspect he had covid. The result (positive) of the PCR test was known after this event. There were enough proofs to back it up. And all the children and people from that event tested negative. For the L'Equipe interview you're not telling the whole story. He didn't go out. The interview happened his own studio in Belgrade. There was only 1 person and that interviewer was a friend. Interviewer confirmed that they wore a mask and respected social distancing, he tested negative and they talked about it later, they were absolutely fine. Then he stayed home for 5 days (even if technically he didn't have to). Most people aren't going to be shocked that he did an interview with a journalist knowing that most of these people were freely circulating with covid anyway. Why should HE be held to different standards from other people? Not sure why it would change his popularity. He IS popular all around the world, not just in Serbia. The record of attendance in EVERY Slams in 2023 shows a high level of interest for his matches. And so many magazine and online polls will tell you he is more popular than Federer or Nadal in 2023, if you want to ignore them that's your choice.
