Thanks for the pics!

I hear Blake will be using it after the US Open? The paintjobs ok, nothing special though.

no problem. and yes he will be using it after the us open. and for the others ya i know he isnt using that now. he is still using his trusty dunlop until AFTER the us open.

The racket he has here in Cin'ti does not have O-Ports. Not to say he might not switch after the Open...but I'm skeptical.

The disign is nearly the same as the Prince Diablo.

Maybe it's time for those who use the diablo to use the O3 technology now.

Blake's Dunlop is an 18 by 20 pattern, why would he switch to a 16 by 18? Something tells me he will use this racquet but with an 18x20 instead.

It kinda makes me wonder if prince wants us to have O's on the Mains or Crosses.

I think this just shows the O's don't do a damn thing, but sell racquets.

OK, did you NOT even bother reading anything posted above your reply?
Yes, Blake will be using an 18X20 pattern version of this frame, and that version will be released after the US Open.

Why won't Prince release a O3 racquet with a dense string pattern? They could release the dense pattern O3 white that Sharpova uses. I would even give that a try.

Yeah . . .

And I wondered if Blake was going to be using at stick with 16 mains.

it's pretty stiff and has a pretty high swingweight compared to all the other 03 rackets....looks like it's definitely worth a try. and also, im glad to see that prince has finally released a normal looking frame, unlike those that have really round heads and long throats.

Hm.. Looks interesting, but somehow I doubt it'll match up to the Diablo. Call me cynical, but I don't trust the so-called 'normal headsize,' nor the 21 mm beam...

EDIT: Head-shape, not size.

These specs sound a lot like those of the Prince Precision Graphite 640, except that frame has a different head shape, 16x20 pattern, and 20mm(?) beam.

Yes I did read the posts, all I was saying is the racket I was two feet from Friday was still this whatever it is and it did not have O-Ports, and that I'm skeptical that he will switch frames because right now he playing the best tennis of his career. Don't mess with it if it isn't broken. Now I could see his all black racket painted like this one.

i talked to a prince rep. at the cincy tournament and he said that james' racket is gonna b a 03 hybrid where the o-ports r only at the 12 and 6 spots of the racket.

someone here said that this is not the james blake racquet, or that hes not using htis at the us. open
his will be very similar but with an 18x20 pattern and he wont start using it till after the us open and it wont be available till around the aussie open
about the pj, idk if it will be the same as this one, or different
but this racquet is butt ugly. looks dis proportioned like its too much of an oval and like a souped up diablo, but without the good looks

its possible thta james will use a racquet with o-ports at the 6 and 12 positions but im having a real hard time believing it. if u look at his actual practicing 03 experimentals all of them have the o-ports at the 3 and 9 positions. if u dont believe me its in on youtube with him practicing with andy roddick and the lastest tennis magazine the very last page on brian barker. brian barker has an 03 experimental with the holes at 3 and 9. the racquet that he is gonna use does have a 18X20 string pattern its the same as the 03 hybrid tour and its available in the 18X20 in january.

i had it under my favorites on youtube but it seems to be erased. james blake was practicing with roddick during a masters series i think and while they were looking at footage brian barker pointed at something with the racquet clearly showing it had the 03 holes in the 9 and 3 positions.

I am standing with a Prince Rep as I type this, and he assures me that the Blake racquet will indeed have the O-Ports at the 3 & 9 o'clock position. Not the 12 & 6 o'clock position. Blake's frame will have a boxier beam (as opposed to the elliptical beam of the O3 Hybrid Tour frame pictured) and the previously mentioned 18X20 pattern. The cosmetics should be the same, but the pictured O3 Hybrid Tour is more like the production version of the frame that Shahar Peer is currently using on the WTA Tour http://cache.gettyimages.com/xc/716...4AD9FDB9CF193875DCB1DD8387ABBD14530DB7F6272CB.

thats a lot easier to believe than anything else like a 12 and 6 o'clock postion o-ports.
