does TW give refunds for a bad batch of strings?

I bought a set of Babolat Xcel Premium 2008 from TW maybe a month ago, and it broke on the stringer. does TW give refunds for this?

I would guess not, though I'm not TW. But would I give refunds to my customers on a bad batch of ma special hash brownies? I don't think so.....

Did you notice and defects or irregularities on the string? Unless it is clearly defective I think you are SOL. I've been using both Xcel's and haven't experienced any QC issues. Any clue as to why it broke?

it just snapped while i was stringing the last cross. that's never happened to me before.

i doubt that as it is not TW'S fault. However, the manufacturer may replace the set for you.

Sometimes the manufacturer will give you a replacement set as a sign of goodwill. You can always try to contact them directly.

so ur saying that if i call up wilson saying that while i was stringing with a set fo their natural gut it just snapped? and nto only one set but two, do u think theyll send 2 free packs of natural gut out?
