Gotta go with Kevin Spacey. One US Open he watched his man Murray from a seat all by himself in the upper deck. No one around. Listening to the broadcast.

GOAT Gore poast.I don't know about my favourite but my least favourite is definitely Cliff Richard. I once had the misfortune to be at Wimbledon when he "entertained" the crowd. It's the only good thing about the installation of the roof. Spared us a repeat!
Interesting, cuz I'v always thought Banderas resembled Carlos Moya. And they both slept with Madonna. At least I'm assuming they did. I don't know actually.Antonio Banderas:

I still get problems with my facial muscles from the cringing I was doing.I remember watching that at the time, and recoiling with second-hand embarrassment.
I can't imagine how cringeworthy it must have been for the spectators held hostage that day.

Was he uninteresting until he died then?I'm going with a dead guy since no live tennis celebrity fan is remotely intriguing.
Also, opera legend Placido Domingo (both photos were taken at the 2016 Barcelona Open):
American women blackmailed him.Domingo has a raft of sexual impropriety allegations levelled against him.
Even with ageing and the laws of gravity, it's hard to imagine the guy pulling off the role of the "Duke of Mantua" in Rigoletto.
It was mixed. The older "ordinary" fans liked it, the "important" people in the box looked mildly humiliated, the younger ones clapped along ironically (Cliff had become an ironic icon via the sit-com The Young Ones, if anyone remembers that. But there was certainly a sizeable minority who were hoping a sniper was located in the rafters.Did people just go along with the absurdity because other people around them also did? Or were there any murmurings of discontent at the time?

I have no doubt that women have liked him. He's creepy as hell.
You need to stop passing the buck.
This kind of behaviour is indefensible.
What I'm waiting to see evidence of is people who travel to a country specifically to see tennis. I mean I guess it's possible they do without us knowing about it... but you seem to see far fewer stars at Roland Garros and the Australian Open than you do at the other two.
In Paris you tend to get a lot of sports stars, footballers, french NBA players, etc. But the only other I can ever recall seeing there off the top of my head is DiCaprio, who also shows up in New York most years. How about Australia? Any global superstars love tennis enough to travel there just to watch it?
You'd imagine Jackman must have been since he's a pretty regular fixture at Wimbledon and the US Open, but I honestly can't remember seeing any. Maybe Aussie TV are less into celebrity worship?
I don't think anyone cares about British celebrities very much it's when the likes of Cruise, Jackman, Bradley Cooper and Gerry Butler show up that people take notice. But yes, they have their royal box which they make a big deal out of. I think the issue is that there aren't many major movies filmed in France, and Australia, which is why you rarely see anyone beyond the locals at them. You see celebrities at the Wimbledon tennis championships because it's a social event, where British celebrities compete against each other.
The Telegraph, July 2017: "For two weeks every summer, all eyes are on Centre Court for the most gruelling battle of the year. No, not the tennis - but the fight to become champion of the Royal Box. Politicians, celebrities and actual Royalty all ruthlessly jostle to become king or queen of Wimbledon. They score points with their outfits, seating positions, and how many front pages they can hog. Competition has been particularly fierce this year...."
Yea I'm sure he wanted to clap Murray's cheeks....wait I mean sit on his cheeks and clap for Murray.Gotta go with Kevin Spacey. One US Open he watched his man Murray from a seat all by himself in the upper deck. No one around. Listening to the broadcast.
He dated Capriati.Apparently Matthew Perry can actually play
They both had substance abuse problems too, but hey, they say tennis adds nine years to your life so they should be okay.Interesting
Makes sense lol
You poor thing, watching on the TV was bad enough.I don't know about my favourite but my least favourite is definitely Cliff Richard. I once had the misfortune to be at Wimbledon when he "entertained" the crowd. It's the only good thing about the installation of the roof. Spared us a repeat!
Robbie Krieger, he regularly showed up at Indian Wells, walked around virtually anonymous…I went up to him on the grounds and talked with him for a few minutes. He was nice and appreciative that I was a fan.
