Looks nice.
I like Roger's new outfit.
If he had 2007 hair this would look pretty sick. He'll make it work :
There's no way Roger wins this title winning 5 matches on Rome clay on consecutive days. He might get through Sousa and Coric. Beating Tsitsipas / Fognini will be a tough one already - I suppose if it's Stefanos it could be that he will start to feel all the matches he's played recently. I don't think he goes further.
Yeah two matches in one day will be tough, particularly given that Coric won't have to matches. Rwcovering for the next day if he wins will be even tougher.Till today I predicted at least a QF from him, but now I am not that confident given the circumstances.Still , maybe he won't be forced to play 3 setters in a row
He'll make it work :
Well I know never to take anything for granted with Roger these days. But he looks to be beating Sousa quote comfortably. If he does, I reckon that's mission accomplished in Rome already. He'll have two more matches under his belt going into RG. The rest is gravy.LOL, what a disaster that decision is turning out to be.
We've just got to trust Roger & his team to know his body and know when to stop.I meant that he will try to win every single match he plays, which also means that he will try to pull off an unprecedented number of wins for a player his age in a very short period of time. That is bound to end not so well. He will win some, but at what cost?
The problem is not that he will play 2 matches in Rome. The problem will come when they are 3 or 4.
Very early days, but currently looking more like also great. If he wins a lot of matches it is great. And it seems that if he doesn't win a lot of matches, it is also great.
How does a walkover have a points tally?
Coric is boring as hell, gives no emotion at all, no cool face/***** face/Crybaby face/pissed off face/I don't care /**** off face /smug face, no nothing except a dull expression on him all the time. Given how many times he has given Federer trouble and how solid his game is, I would have started rooting for him against the field but his on court personality kills it all.
And commentators were appreciating how he meant business, someone tell them personalities like Coric will kill Tennis.

A walkover shouldn't count of course.
that crowd though, you would have thought he saved GS championship points or something
It's bigger than that. Since Rome16, they had 7 chances to see Fedr at slams. This is the first chance they see Fedr in Rome since.
Borg was a rock star in tennis and was a phenomenal ATG player. Coric is a piece of lint compared to Borg when they have a racket in their hands. To even mention Bore-ic in the same sentence as Bjorn is bordering on blasphemy. It's like comparing Laver to Raonic. That's funny, Borg was exactly the same and yet was idolised by press and fans. IceBorg they called him....
Fedr: 'I always get what I want, remember? /sarcasm '

lol I assume he was joking but you know he is going to open a can of worms with that statement
Oh yeah, he was having a go at the media, and the WHOLE press room ROFL .
Listen to the presser .
i did, lmao i loved the bit where he was like yes and my favorite part was to be here at 11 so i could wait all day. honestly my favorite bit was about kygrios, he was so not taking the bait for another headline when that guy was like i heard people were talking in the locker room and fed was like were you there? and then also was like you have to be careful when you say things when he asked how long nick should be suspended for when it hasnt even been confirmed that he would be.
It looks to me they are airing it all day. Ted Robinson did the promo and said Fed-Tsitsipas will be the first men's match tomorrow and they will have it on.TennisTV's schedule says that they are not showing the Federer-Tsitsipas match tomorrow... WTF? It's a quarterfinal on Court Centrale, for crying out loud... Can this be true????
