It made about as much sense as Kobe Bryant bringing up Shaq's business when he was being questioned about the rape over 10 years ago! Shaq was a bigger man than me for hugging it out later! He smacks some guy for talking about beating the Lakers legitimately in the playoffs, but forgives someone that slandered and revealed his business to the world! ;-/

Nowhere in that post did I mention anything about this particular statement from Federer or that it "evidently" states anything. You made that up in your mind. It's a well known fact that the 2 don't like eachother over the years and yes it's been two sided. A few shots from Federer over the years have been "sore throat" comments, telling Djokovic's family to be quiet. And the infamous USO '11 SF presser. He has begrudgingly given ND more respect lately, but you can tell how he really feels.

And yes, stating ND "never won in Paris" is true and not that offensive. That's why I said "it wasn't that bad." But, it is a shot of some sort. There's no need to go there when talking about Rafa. Again, some players you might do that with and some you might not, depending on how you like them. There is nothing that represents a "victim complex" about that.

The timing is 'brilliant'. There's nothing wrong on the face of it with what fed said. But from the beginning of the year there's this odd feeling of the vultures encircling Djokovic with his own reactions being bizarre at times, to say the least. What was the need to tell the world you talked to Andy, Nole? I know Boris is a big mouth but Djoko also seems to be getting needled now. Fed's comments are of a piece with Murray's shot in the dark that magically found its mark thanks to Becker..or Toni's weak era comments, for that matter.
