I’ve recently been working on my serve technique to alleviate some shoulder issues, and now that my technique is much more solid, my accuracy and power have gone up, my shoulder pain has gone down, but now my elbow is starting to hurt (mainly inside, but some outside as well).
I don’t experience pain from rallying, just from hitting serves. My gamer is the CX 200 Tour 18x20 w/ 4G Soft and OGMS at 50/54. Feels great, causes minimal pain. I’d just like more free power. I’ve also been demoing the Pure Aero Tour with RPM blast, which I really like. Feels really stiff, but not harsh. Great power and spin. Not as accurate as my CX200T obviously.
Now here’s the kicker: Ezone 98 w/ NXT. Ouch. I actually think I experience more pain with this than even the PAT w/ RPM, which is surprising given that multis are way softer than a poly like RPM. However, the control is pretty nice and has more power than my gamer, so I like the frame minus the pain, Anyone have some other frame recommendations that would help my elbow and be in the ball park of the Ezone 98?
