Started waching in 0.25 speed. The guy in the red cap - man I wish I had his forehand. It reminds me of Nishikori. Great spin / depth / penetration combo. The guy with the black / pink shirt... wow his cheer squad (that one dude) was really into it lolCould this be a thread on videos only? Anything that you like, interesting, want to share with others. I come across so many that I think others will be interested to see as well.
Will start with this one. Very good match and camera angle.
Speed and energy of these guys are impressive and fun to watch. Do you have to be small to be fast?
Crosscourt all the way.If your able to hit deep up the line the equation changes. Im not a huge fan of youtube vids, but i really like this one.

Totally agree. I realised some time ago that that is the single best thing that I should focus on building to improve my game.just have really really strong lower body.

This guy proves that it's possible to be both fat and play good tennis.
When he's pulled out wide on his backhand I think a crossover step (or running) would help rather than only sidesteps to recover eg 1:50.Asian guy is slow for his physique.
I love how you get a feel for the pace of the shots on this video
White shirt must have been a high level player that stopped playing for a while. Impressive that shirtless got a couple games.Think about swinging out as freely as possible with every bit of your weight going into your shots and that is how the pros hit all the while floating around the court.
Guy looks bit faster in this video but he runs kinda like he is on ice, slipping and sliding especially running to dropshots, no explosive steps.
@ 2:35

I think it helps to be small to change direction easily. But if youre tall and skinny you can ve fast (Zverev) - the reach also helps. Some guys are just athletic though no matter there height. Guys ib the NBA are often 6"4 but with the agility of a 5"10 guy. Some guys are tall and awkward tho and they just gotta focus on serving and big forehands (Anderson, dr. Ivo, querry)Certainly it could help or have weaker upper body versus stronger lower body.. OR just have really really strong lower body.
I like how the orange guy moves. Always in athletic stance with deep knee bend. Great example. Look at the calves, no wonder.Maybe, he definitely has more pop but his serve motion with his legs is awkward.
These guys are better to watch and learn from.

I think calves are very genetic. Look at zverev he's a bean stalk but he has great movement. Probably conditioing is more important, and that doesn't necessarily equate to muscular legsI like how the orange guy moves. Always in athletic stance with deep knee bend. Great example. Funny you mention Zverev. I was watching him play about a month ago and I noticed his thighs were much more muscular than before and I did a google search 'zverev and leg muscles' hoping to find something and I actuall found exactly what I was looking for. An interview where he was talking about how much he had been working on strengthening his legs saying ' thats where you need power, you don't really need a powerful upper body. I must add though I didn't notice any bulking in his calves!I think calves are very genetic. Look at zverev he's a bean stalk but he has great movement. Ah yes true. A few good exercises 'the diagonal stretch' and holding 'horse stance' for time.Funny you mention Zverev. In 1972, a crack commando was sent to prison by a military court for a crime he didn't commit. This man promptly escaped from a maximum-security stockade to the Los Angeles public tennis courts. Today, still wanted by the government, he survives shrouded in a hoodie and track pants. Does this man sweat? Nobody knows. If you have a problem with your high OHBH... if no one else can help... and if you can find him... maybe you can hire... Shroud.
God that second video. I think the other guy should have won. How much pressure did they put on him? And complaining like crazy about that line call lol. I don't know, you couldn't really see it. But it would have been close. And the second one they complained about LOL that was for sure long.
Thats hysterical! That show tought me to never drink milk. And of course I dont sweat. Even when I faced Leed’s heater I would not sweatIn 1972, a crack commando was sent to prison by a military court for a crime he didn't commit. The other thread on someone seeking advice on their fh made me post this one. The guy in the green shirt has a really huge takeback and finish too. If he just posted his forehand video, most of us would think it's terrible.

Those guys are good!!! Thats the kind of tennis I play till I watch the video...
dolgopolov... i've never seen someone hit a slice so hard.
