Another common term that imo is funny sounding is big bang doubles,where you take 2 big serving singles players who would prefer to overpower their opponents for lack of strategy,poor volleys or just excellent groundstrokes.

Do you dislike your job, is your wife gaining weight, not getting enough sex, are you balding, stock market crashing? Which one is it Phil? Not getting enough advice as a yungun (but getting advice all the same) would apply to 90% of the (well adjusted) population, so you'll have to do better. If you're looking for patients, I know a few live ones, though. If you hit on something, though, I'll let you know-honestly.
Sorry to dissappoint you Phil. But it's too difficult to come up with or even guess your proper diagnosis. Online activity alone will not allow me to produce sufficient information to analyze the cause or nature of you being a jack-*** to others on this board. Hmm..I'm guessing you're in your upper 30's, 40 maybe. Symptoms-know it all type, thrives on putting down and likes to attack others of all ages and thinks that's relatively healthy. At your age and those symptoms, uh yeah.. I'm way over my head trying to guess that so I won't.

Hey Free_Martha, how about f) Phil is mad is mullet is no longer in style, g) he's run out of archie comics to ********** to and his relatives are trying get him committed, h) Jessica Simpson never replies to the letters he sends her including naked pictures of himself, i) Phil still lives with his mommy and lacks the assertion to tell her he wants to branch out on his own(being that he's middle-aged), and is angry about it.

I agree on your assessment. I think it's basically not having really achieved anything substantial in life. Like, on one hand he feels he _should_ have achieved lots (whatever his dreams were) but he simply hasn't. But how could that have happened - since Phil's so smart and everyone else is so dumb? This paradox causes an internal conflict, and that must be resolved somehow... by trolling on tennis boards to prove everyone else wrong, for example.Free__Martha said:

There are certain posters that continually make these msg boards unpleasant for many posters. These posters are usually negative, derogatory and offensive in posting. I bet these guys? have miserable lives and are pretty much losers. On the tennis courts they would be the type of players that dont enjoy the game and get the most satisfaction out of making the contest miserable for the opponent. (hookers & trollers)
i dont think there is much assesment here. he's just the usual egotistic d*ck head, or rather, that's just an internet persona. most of the people who are jerks on these internet forums wouldnt dare say the sh*t they do in person to someone simply because they'd be getting into fights everywhere they go, but some people do like that.
on topic i somewhat agree with what phil said in the sense of maybe rather suggesting a place to look, but instead of suggesting a book or site to go look at he just makes some pr*ck comment because ofcourse no one but him could possibly have any intelligence.

Phil, funny thing is with every post whether you know it or not (probably not) makes my point and the loser profile I describe being proven even more. You asked me to keep trying so I did. Replying with something like "I know you are but what am I?" So I must've hit something right. Denial is such a sad, but common thing. You're an unhappy man, big deal. You know what, I don't know you so that's you're problem, more importantly a bigger a problem for the people that you come in contact with on a daily basis. If you act like this toward people just on an online tennis chat, what do you think people you come in contact with really say when you're not around. Hmmm, that's a brain buster.

Actually, I'll go out on a limb and say that I am the NICEST most PLEASANT guy you would ever want to meet. Really; don't laugh. Cynical and sarcastic yes, but that just makes me, as you said, much more interesting (and not bland). And I have NEVER had to put all this in one of those personal ads. And of course, there are my vissionary qualities...You'll just have to stick that comment in your personality computer and come up with yet another formulaic profile.
I've met people like you-all-knowing types who feel they have an "instinct" for people, without, necessarily, the requisite experience other than their own psychological shortcomings. They look DEEP into your eyes and then TELL you who you are, or profess to do so. These people are often delusional and some of the "revelations" that they come up with laughable. Most of them are, themselves, mental basket cases who, knowingly or not, parrot the psycho-babble that they pick-up from their therapist(s). I'm thinking back and I can't see what you've got close to, unless, maybe...the hair could be better. Could you fit this character type? No need to, really, argue what isn't true, but you're welcome to keep trying-hey, try coming up with something more positive-believe it or not you may actually hit on it, or not.
