Dude, every company does this. They try to improve on the current model. No company in their right minds would intentionally abandon a good product to promote something inferior. Get over yourself.
Oh and what about K Swiss? They are still making the models they were selling 4 years ago...

The only reason the big companies come out with shoes so often now is to keep the monkeys in marketing and design alive and to keep the stupid easily bored people excited about new products and hyperbole...
