Has an umpire ever refused to shake a player's hand?

There was a pretty ugly spat with Andre Agassi and umpire Rudi Berger in the 1994 YEC semi final match between Agassi and Pete Sampras. Agassi and Berger both cussed each other out through most of the match and at the end, after Berger had overruled a close call at a key point in the match. Sampras won 4-6, 7-6, 6-3. Agassi insulted Berger for ages, and Berger basically had enough and insulted Agassi back, continuing on after the match.

We've seen many players refuse to shake hands recently.
I'm wondering if you ever saw an umpire refuse to shake a player's hand?

Yes it happens, not so much on the main tours. When it happens the refusal is often very subtle. The umpire gets “busy” on the walkie-talkie, the phone, or hops out of the chair quickly and moves behind the chair for some perpetrated urgent something or another… yes it’s passive aggressive and immature, but believe it or not, umpires are people, and people get their noses bent out of joint sometimes…no matter how professional.

It’s also worth noting that sometimes the umpire shares the same feelings as the player who refuses.
