Head 3-in-1 Swingweight Machine, anything to note before purchase?

So, I am finally about to pull the trigger on a brand new Head 3-in-1 Swingweight Machine that I found through an old friend that currently works on a tennis machines shop.

I was considering the Alpha Accuswing 2 but is was only 60€ cheaper after the import duties and shipping, not to mention it would come from China and A*****a with which I've had issues before. I was also very tempted form the Briffidi SW1 with all the accessories, but the price would come to about 300€ cheaper with all the import duties and shipping, not to mention the bbs and my, most probably, not compatible smartphone.

Now my question is this.
I've read some posts on here and throughout the internet, but is there anything else I should note?
Also, was there a mod that it would make it display the swingweight on 0.1 increments insted of 0.5 or did I just dream that part, lol?

The Briffidi is compatible with Apple and android phones. With the available attachments you can measure tennis and pickleball SWs and twist weight.

Nuh, I don't really care that much for twistweight.
It would have been a nice feature to have but not that crucial to me.

And I'm not sure if my Foldable phone would fit, as the site suggests, due to its size.
If I were in the states, it would probably be a better proposition but now it just does not make sense for me.
And I can always sell the Head machine in the future and still not have a loss at all, in the price I'm getting it.

The TW is a hugely important and often overlooked spec. Two rackets may be matched in static weight, balance and SW and feel very different due to TW mismatch.

One thing to note is that it looks as if the Briffidi set up is 3d printed, and if it is, some layers will eventually separate over time ( depending on the filament used ). Although it's easy to print, it seems as though Briffidi is not willing to share the stl file if you need to 3d print another one. If you need to pay full price to get another unit then i would stay away from this. I personally have had builds that have come apart over time with both PLA and PETG. Admittedly, i haven't tried printing in ABS or nylon as i dont have an enclosure on my printer, but they would be stronger to use. However, i don't think they are currently printed with these materials.

on a side note, kudo's to briffidi for this ( from the webpage )

And, if the SW1 will no longer be supported, I will publish the app source code and the hardware design.

The printed parts are PETG. When printed properly, the layer adhesion of PETG is very good, and there's no reason to suspect it will fail over time (within reason). You'll see more and more printed parts in commercial products over time, as it's a very effective manufacturing method for parts with the right design.

I've had a few people drop and damage parts, and I've shipped replacement parts at a reasonable cost. I'd guess it'd cost a lot more to repair any other swingweight machine.

My guess is if there was ever any separation you could superglue the part together until a replacement part came.

FWIW, here's the result of some recent failure testing (3-point bending load) I did while working to speed up printing. Adhesion is very good, and fracture does not occur along a layer.
