Could someone please tell me on what Head racket is that?
Is there some difference between tgk 238.3,and tgk 238.5?only paint job?
I saw E.Korolev head youtek prestige pro paint job with tgk 238.5...
Someone told me that tgk 238.5 is pt57a mold with 16/19 pattern...
And that 238.3 is the same mold only in microgel paint job
Is that true?

238.5 is the Youtek Prestige pro.
Mold may be similar, but the racket is not even close...

Wawrinka used 238.3. - Prestige Pro from Pro room (16x19) and with Microgel paintjob

I have heard it is a 16x19 softer layup of the Prestige Pro (238.2) -- could be very much similar to the PT57 softness. I wonder if they ever achieved the feel of it and why Murray stuck to the actual PT57A instead of 238.3?

I have a Wawrinka racket 238.3.. It's light.. it plays and feel like a PT57A but with more spin and pop.. Total weight with lead around the hoop, above the handle, silicon inside the butt cap, string, dampener, leather grip weight about 335g.. In contrast, 238.2 that I have with lead, silicon, leather grip, string and etc.. weight about 350g..

the tgk 238.5 that I got is not the retail YTPP, it came from Austria. Under the pallet it says TGK 238.5-E1 WT:252g BP:379mm EO32. And was customized to 325g and balance 310 mm. silicone in the handle and lead under the bumper..

The different weights is because they had been customized for different people.

same as brand new 238.4's = $250 apiece shipped (I just sold 6 of those...for a friend).

Thanks, do you know anything about it - how it plays compared to the original Youtek Prestige Pro ?

I feel there is a difference, but not sure how exactly to place this difference in feel.

I've only played with them shortly, and have an injury currently - but the TGK 238.5 felt more stable compared to the original retail YPP.

I am using the 238.4, and I see a BIG difference between this one and the stock. Never tried the 238.5 (open pattern is not for me...)

Wow why? .

I had an operation in my groin in 2009, then spend most of 2009 getting over this injury. Start of 2010 I get the classic knee pain, that so many tennis players have (don't know the word for this in english, but Nadal, Kirilenko and several other tennis players suffer from this knee pain)

This means I'm holding back, don't run after the short balls and instinctively don't bend my knees enough on groundstrokes, which results in me performing below par on the tennis court......
