Head Graphene Touch Prestige

Came across the Graphene Touch Prestige on a Japanese website. It was all in Japanese, so I couldn't read what was written, but there was a picture with the model lineup, and gone was the Rev Pro. In its place was the Mid. Are they ending the Rev Pro experiment and going back to the tried and true? Anyone know?

From the photo I have seen they just changed the name on the Rev Pro to Mid.

Graphene Touch is pure garbage. The new paintjob is boring as well.

The Prestige line is well and truly dead.

I am going to guess that unless someone posts a link to the Prestige, that the op might have made a mistake and seen the radical instead ofthe Prestige

from the pics on the link
"MID touch" resumes the grommet system of graphene rev pro in 16/19
the "tour" seems to have a string pattern of 18/19 on the picture

on the website it says "probable released at the same time as the radical (October)"
the radical touch prostock are currently distributed to this player that I know (not ugly) so the release is very close (middle or end of October)

Pro's should be getting their new paint jobs soon so they can be customized and ready to go in the off season.

Still curios about the stiffness of the new Rad Pro´s... Old G and XT are way to stiff, QC BS. Playable but stiff and have destroyed my elbow!!!

looks like the current GrapheneXT Prestige with bold contrasting red writing. I hope it has the rather muted feel of the current line up, which I like. Always love the prestige line because they were designed only for players with sound technique and fitness, definitely not for desktop players who has more time posting BS in the forum than playing real quality tennis, and hoping people to think they know a lot more about tennis than the likes of Fedal.

I think the new Prestige cosmetics could use a little white in it. They look cool, but it ends up looking like black with a swath of red thrown on.

I'm sure I'll be getting one for my 17yo. He loves his XTPMP.

You can criticize me for being late to the party, but I am going to demo the XT Prestige Pro for a second time. I loved it the first time, and want to use it in more competitive match play. I liked the heft, the softer feel and the pop.

Your postings convinced me to try the Prestige Pro and I LIKED IT! I am expecting a box in a week with the MP Ming other sticks. Maybe I should give the S a spin? Seems too light???
i dont find the S to be too light. it is not as flimsy as the speed mp or the rad mp. but it is pretty low-powered. the xt prestige pro has been giving me elbow issues lately.

question for Prestige Pro fanatics
do you feel the diff in ball bite with the more open youtek and youtek ig models, as compared to the slightly more cloed mains of the dynamic string spacing of the Graphene and Graphene xt/

and another question.
is it just me.. or does the 21mm beam of the youtek and youtek ig glide through the air that much smoother than the 22mm graphene and xt version??

Yeah it’s a beast. There’s something about a leather grip and 21mm beam.
Just a bit unstable and low powered from what I recall. Great accuracy and feel though. Unfortunately also a bit brassy IMO, I preferred the IG version (bloody shame I sold them in hindsight).

yeah. . theres nothing like a 21mm beam. it just seems that 22 doesnt have that kinfe through butter feel the same way. its that small of a margin.
yeah i should try the ig version.. but i love the youtek . . no instability there..
