How is Jeremy Chardy able to survive on the ATP with his WTA forehand?

It's been pointed out many times that Chardy uses WTA technique on his forehand.

How is he able to play on the men's tour with a technique so inefficient? Are his arms extra long (to provide the extra leverage) or is extremely explosive, or is his shot just very flat with little topspin on it - just like a WTA forehand?

Do people always pick on his forehand wing because of it?

And are there others on the ATP who use WTA forehand?

His BH is far weaker shot than his FH and inconsistant serve. He actually won most of his matches thanks to that ball bash shot.

Nothing wrong with his forehand, it is just that his style of play makes him very inconsistent, and way too fragile on the BH side and not a great volleyer even though he has decent results on the doubles tour.
