Can rafa use protected ranking? If yes, on which place he will be? I cant imagine Rafa just get WC, and play for example in 1st round AO against Djokovic. Or starting clay masters in 1st rounds. What about seeded? This is not in ATP bussiness to have second Murray or Thiem.

Rafa only gets protected ranking to get him into tournaments.

No protective seeding so he could literally get the hardest draw possible. He will be the bottom seed in every tournament he plays unless he works his way up rankings.

Protective ranking means average ranking before injury for the purpose of entry , your draw is done as unseeded player
