How to reverse kick serve to lefty receiver on deuce side?

To kick to righty receiver on ad side,
toss around 12 o'clock and
swing up and right
contact ball from ~6:30 to 1:30.

To kick to lefty receiver on deuce side (to kick up and left to lefty's backhand side)
toss where? similar to slice? around 1 o'clock and slightly forward?
swing up and left?
contact ball from ~5 to 11?

Most of the wide serve will be slice (with low bounce). I want to mix up a slice with high bounce mirroring a kick to the ad side.

Doesn't really sound like a very useful serve against a lefty. After a couple of these, any decent lefty might eat up this serve. You will probably better off just throwing in a topspin-slice every once in a while. The TS-slice serve will bounce higher than a slice serve that has primarily sidespin.

As a lefty, I would often hit a fairly decent twist kick. But I found that it was more effective against right-handers than it was against other lefties.

Maybe I didn't described it well and the term is topspin-slice: Wide to the deuce with high bounce (to a lefty backhand.)

Were would be the ideal toss?
Were to make ball contact and follow through?

I know what you want. Toss slightly to left at 11 o’clock. Contact the ball at normal height for a kick serve (slightly lower than flat serve). On the ball, contact below center at 6’ o’clock and brush up and to right around 2 o’clock. I do this serve as a second serve sometimes against righties who are expecting a kick serve down the T.

Thanks. Seems like that would work. Should the toss be around baseline or inside the baseline?

I hit top-spin slice by tossing to the same location as my slice serve (front/left for lefty) and then hitting a kick serve swingpath. When I want to hit a kick, I toss above my head slightly to my right (behind me). So, a righty would just toss to his righty slice location (front/right) and hit a kick serve swingpath.
