Is there a website that can put together a weekly meal plan for me? How many calories should I be consuming during the day. I'm 5'7 and weight between 165-170.

The amount of calories you need depends on the activities you do during the day. Losing weight isn't hard, you just need some discipline.

1: Lay off the cola and the unhealthy snacks, but remember to treat yourself every now and again to reward yourself.
2: Don't stop eating. When you ingest too little calories, you're body goes in starvation-mode and you'll stop losing weight. And remember to eat healthy, you need vitamins and fibers as well as fat in a balanced diet.
3: Do some form of physical activity at least 1 hours a day. Doesn't matter wether it's jogging, cycling, tennis or whatever.
4: Don't try to lose weight too fast.

Most important: Don't see it as a diet. A diet ends sometime and you'll regain the weight if you fall back into your old habits. Think of it as a change in life-style.

Yeah,, physical activity and snacks are the most important things.
Eat healthy ( brown bread instead of white even helps )
get three meals in every day helps and don't get that midnight snack and stuf like that haha

Make sure your cardio work is interval training. Sprint training blows long steady running out of the water as far as losing fat and keeping lean muscle.

Before I recommend the following sites I would suggest going to see a nutritionist.
http://www.cyberdiet.com,
http://www.usda.gov/cnpp and
http://www.shapeup.org

Most NSCA-CPT trainers are instructed to first gather some dietary intake on the client. Once all the information is gathered they would Evaluate your Diet, compare the number of servings from each food group to the recommended guidelines given in a Food Guide Pyramid.Following that they would calculate your Estimated Daily Calorie Needs Based on Resting Energy Expenditure (REE) and Activity Level. Once all the information is gathered and assessed then someone can give you a quality weight loss regimen which includes guidance for correct food selections and a workout program to follow.

I hope some of the information I have stated below can guide you in this process. If you have an questions I will be checking the thread.
