she was released from the hospital.. two time wimbledon winner and one of your better lefties is out for 6 months.. hope she makes a full recovery... i was doing some remodeling in my bathroom and was pulling out some corner bead and it cut me pretty badly.. first thing that went through my mind was i'd never play again.. it was stitched up. racket felt awkward in my hand for months after.

In the best backhand, forehand threads you get laughed at for doing a top ten with women instead of men. It took Petra getting her tendons on her left hand severed to get those 2 poultry threads.

I enjoy men's and women's tennis equally. But this is really just a place to talk about Novak (occasionally Federer) unless you go into Pro's Raquets and Racquets in general.

Petra is awsm. She will have a lot of support now, when she trains again, and when she comes back to compete. Cheers to Petra getting superfit quickly enough to unleash some serious swashbuckling, lefty, attacking tennis on Wimbledon this summer.
