Is it true that Boris Becker tested Head racquets in the early 1990s?

I heard this somewhere, back when Estusa no longer made their Puma molds.

Then, it seems, Becker tested some Head racquets

I wonder if he tried a Head Pro Tour 630 (16 x 19), since his racquet was a 92 sq in, and was bigger than a Prestige of the time (89.5 sq in).

However, it didn't happen...

Boris remained with his usual racquet until the end of his career.

There’s a thread on this subject in the Classic racket section. In short HEAD made the Graphite Pro TF of 1989 for Becker. He played in several exhibitions with it but didn’t ultimately switch. HEAD manufactured his personal racquets for him from 1992 until the end of his career in 1999. HEAD also made 3100 Boris Becker World champion rackets that was marketed for Boris in 1996 and 1997. I have one.

Was the Graphite Pro TF an 89.5 or was it a little bigger?

Could never figure out what Becker -really- played with. First a silver Adidas frame, then silver Puma, then navy blue Puma, then I guess the same frame with Estusa markings, then Volkl and a Becker logo model....who knows!
