Hello folks,
Are the following sequences a rough description of NOT arming the ball and good upper body rotation?
For a right hander, on the forehand, at the start of the forward swing, I am looking at the ball "through" my left shoulder, at the end of the follow through my right shoulder points at the net or at the left net's post, racket wrapped around the body
For a right hander with one handed back hand with close stand, at the start of the forward swing, I am looking at the ball "through" my right shoulder (leading), and at the end of the swing, the shoulders are parallel to the net, chest points at the left net's post, racquet behind the head, pointing up.
Many thanks.
