what weight KB do you guys use on your swings? like i said mine is 18kg and seems to be a perfect weight for me to work out with
^^^ Swings (single and double), cleans, clean and jerk, Turkish get-ups, over head press, goblet squat, pistol squat, single arm rack squat, squat press and much more!
I'd say a kettlebell is the single most versatile piece of equipment a gym rat can own (maybe with a TRX pushing it close)

Certain kettlebell workouts (anything with that much weight in an extension of an overhead press; snatch, windmill, turkish getups) seem like a risk for a tennis player and liable to cause shoulder impingement. Plus, those positions with the shoulder often in an isometric hold (turkish getup) does not translate to any tennis motion or gain in range of motion or increasing velocity (rate of force). As for rotational movements with the kettlebell, again keeping with the average weight people use for kettlebells, it seems more risk than reward. That said, great for lunge and single leg deadlift or anything working posterior chain.
