Anyone try this stuff?
What's difference between Isotonic Drink Mix (Body Fuel), Hydro Active Hypotonic Drink Mix, and Sport Isotonic Drink? The first two are the powder mixes.

Well for one thing, isotonic means the balance is equal and osmosis shouldn't occur, while hypotonic means water will flow into it to balance the chemicals. Thus, the hypotonic one you mentioned is kind of bad since it will take away some of your body's water which you need for energy production, cooling off, etc. I don't know what the isotonic solution will do, but I would think it would be the better choice.

lucozade is not very good. i is very acid and whén you drink it you could get problems with a asic stomach. I do not recomend it!

Thanks guys. I entered that contest to win the Lucozade Alert stuff (see their website) and technically won because I got the highest score but they gave it to the 2nd place guy because it's only open to UK residents ahah.
