more core drills plus jumping

I tried some new drills at the gym, let me know your opinions.
It was the first time so looks a bit strange. Tried them again today and in went much smoother, I love the drill when standing on one leg, really great for strength and balance.

Did some jumping to, the table is over 100cm high so pleased with making that=)

I like the jumps and the walking lunge with rotation. Good exercises.

first one was a one legged deadlift? was the weight going straight over your head or were holding it at head height?

the second one was a little outside the box for me. The split jumps are good but i wouldnt want to hold something over my shoulder like that with that movement. I do have a bad shoulder so thats why but if you got a good one i guess it works.

the first one is supposed to be alot more rythmical, takes some practice I've noticed, the weight goes straight up over the head. The swedish wrestling team which works out at my gym does this one alot!

don't really like the 2nd one either, can do without that one=)
